Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery charges: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000 we charge a shipping fee of INR 75.

Standard Shipping: All regular and non-personalised orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of order. All personalised orders are delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of order.

During launch offers, shipping date and timeline may be longer and will be specified on the product details page. 

Express Shipping: We also provide the option of 1 day shipping in Mumbai only. The delivery fee is dependent on your location and is shared as per the third-party delivery vendor and on a case to case basis. 

International Shipping: Currently, we do not have the option of international shipping. We only deliver to locations across India. 

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns for orders unless they are defective or have been damaged in the delivery process. We can accommodate exchanges except in the case of personalised orders. The to and fro delivery costs for the exchanged item will have to be borne by the customer. You can raise any such requests by emailing us on info@papeljam.com

In the case of an exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition as shipped. Exchange will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.

All items can be returned for a credit coupon applicable for online purchase in case you cannot find another item to purchase. The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost and payment gateway charges) will be credited to the coupon code. You can use this coupon code for any future purchase within 3 months of receiving it.

The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The same will be communicated to you once you raise this request to us by emailing us on info@papeljam.com

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email info@papeljam.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.
