How long does the delivery take?
You should receive your order within 7-9 working days from your date of order.
Is shipping free?
All orders above Rs.1000 are eligible for free shipping. Orders below Rs.1000 have a shipping fee of Rs.60
All COD orders cost an additional Rs.49 irrespective of the total order value
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns for orders unless they are defective or have been damaged in the delivery process. We can accommodate exchanges but the to and fro delivery costs will have to be borne by the customer. You can raise any such requests by emailing us on info@papeljam.com
We do not offer refunds once the order has been placed. You can cancel your order upto 12 hours after placing the order.
Can products be customised?
Yes, most of our products can be personalised with your name. The details for personalisation will be mentioned on the individual product descriptions. For custom designs, we require a bulk order. To discuss the same, you can reach out to us on info@papeljam.com
Are the designs hand-drawn on each piece or are they printed?
All our designs are hand-illustrated, in-house using a digital illustration tool. The same is then printed and manufactured into your favourite products with utmost focus on quality and design.
